Job Title: Sales and Delivery Executive

Job Description:

1. Sales and Distribution:

Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling company spices to retailers in assigned locations.

2. Market Development:

Identify and explore new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and implement strategies to enhance sales and market share.

3. Product Knowledge:

Gain comprehensive knowledge of our spice products, including their features, benefits, and ingredients.

4. Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving initial issues or concerns promptly.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Qualification: Matriculation or Higher (preferred).

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Language: Proficiency in Bengali, and Hindi.

Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively within Kolkata (up to 80% of the time).

Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift)

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance bonus

Work Location: Kolkata
